UPDATE: 19 Years
Dear Dr. Cooper,
As you know in the early 1980's I had a serious voice problem known
as spastic dysphonia. I visited many medical doctors who diagnosed
the problem as flu, allergy, paralysis, etc. The medical doctors
at UCLA said it was an incurable permanent problem but they recommended
surgery to help alleviate the symptoms.
Fortunately, I met Dr. Von Leden who referred me to you. You immediately
explained the problem in simple terms and with great logic. Because
of your treatments and training, I was completely cured. All of
the symptoms disappeared in 1984. Since that time I have been able
to try many jury trials and speak successfully to many large groups.
My voice is now strong and controlled. The most important lesson
was to learn where my voice should be placed when I speak.
Thank you very much.
